What You’ll Do
As an Entry Level Mitigation Technician, you'll be on the front lines of disaster recovery. Under the guidance of our experienced project managers, you will assist with the initial response to properties damaged by water, fire, and storms. Your responsibilities will include:
Damage Assessment: Help identify the source of damage and evaluate the extent of the loss.
Water Extraction: Assist with removing standing water from affected areas using specialized equipment.
Drying and Dehumidification: Set up and monitor drying equipment to prevent further damage and mold growth.
Demolition and Cleanup: Perform selective demolition of damaged materials and help with general cleanup.
Customer Communication: Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor when interacting with homeowners and business owners.
